Supply coordination
- Define the material: agree weight, width, fibre composition, stitch structure and the buyer’s converting process.
- Check sample and processing: review surface, width stability and handling against agreed sample requirements.
- Follow up on variation: collect issue photos and measurements, request a supplier response and coordinate the agreed corrective action.
For your inquiry
Send the application, fibre requirements, weight and width with tolerances, roll length and quantity. Include a sample or processing photo when available.

Are these standard stock sizes?
They are past supply configurations. Current grade availability, MOQ and lead time are confirmed for the inquiry.
How are quality differences reviewed?
Photos, measurements and the agreed sample or specification form the basis of supplier follow-up.
Which specifications belong in the inquiry?
Provide end use, fibre composition, target weight, usable width, tolerances, stitch structure, finish, roll length and quantity. Historical 120/190 gsm references are starting points for comparison, not a stock commitment.
How should weight and width differences be compared?
Agree the sampling and measurement conditions, width definition and tolerances before the order. Compare supplier values and buyer measurements under the same conditions; photos and measurements support follow-up when differences arise.
What happens if processing issues occur?
Share the affected quantity, photos, measurements, agreed sample and processing conditions. WKDT requests the supplier’s findings and coordinates agreed corrective action. Replacement or compensation terms require case-specific agreement.
