WKDT / EXPERIENCE

Experience documented in the work

From material selection to production schedules and import documents: selected records show the decisions and coordination behind the work.

These summaries draw on the prior business activities of the people now handling WKDT work. Customer, supplier and commercial details are withheld.

The originals were written in Korean. The captions summarize the excerpts. Sections containing customer, supplier, pricing and identifying details are excluded.

2018Supply coordination

Reviewing production and shipment together when yarn supply was constrained.

The requirement

Yarn availability and production commitments made the requested delivery schedule difficult to accommodate.

Review and coordination

Discussions covered priorities between specifications, possible mixed shipments, capacity for repeat orders and shipment timing. Origin documents and payment terms linked to shipping documents were also addressed.

What the record establishes

March 2018 meeting notes retain schedule alternatives and follow-up points.

Original record excerpts

02 Mar 2018 · Shipment meeting notes

Shipment was requested for 7 March, while the recorded schedule allowed 14 March. An 11 March alternative was discussed. These notes do not establish that the requested delivery date was ultimately met.

2019Material development review

Turning a thin-reinforcement request into criteria that could be checked.

The requirement

An automotive interior application required review of a replacement reinforcement with both thickness and fire-performance requirements in mind.

Review and coordination

Yarn size, grid construction and target thickness were compared. A measured candidate differed from the target. The record proposed small-sample evaluation before considering a longer sample run following approval.

What the record establishes

December 2019 notes retain target conditions, measurements and the proposed sample-review sequence.

Original record excerpts

The target was 30–40μm, with a preference for a 22tex candidate below 50μm. A measured 34tex comparison material was approximately 70–95μm. These are a target and a different candidate’s measured thickness, not before-and-after results for one material.

2021Completed import record

Industrial nonwoven imports supported by customs records.

The requirement

The transaction needed traceable product details and shipment and customs records.

Review and coordination

The customs declaration records material, specification, quantity and transport references; the corresponding transaction is also recorded in the internal import ledger.

What the record establishes

The source declaration and ledger agree on a PET nonwoven import cleared in December 2021.

The original lists PET NONWOVEN FABRIC 100G × 105CM WHITE and an acceptance date of 2021/12/07. Two separate areas of the same document are shown. This is evidence of an actual import, not a product performance test report.
